How can I implement an expandable readonly grid

I've got a requirement that needs a expandable readonly grid, I saw Expand/Collapse Rows in a Tree Grid - Appian 24.2 in other post but this is a gridLayout which seems can't be paged

But I want the grid to be paged and expandable, the collapsed rows should be just same to the main row that can be selected and has recordactions in every row

How can I implement this
