how to access System Administration Center to use Connected Servicing solution

Hi Team,

We have Requirement  of integrating  DocuSign and I came to know that Appian have Connected Servicing solution includes electronic signature capture powered by a DocuSign integration from the below Documentation

but  can anyone help me in understanding how should i get to the access the System Administration Center  as mentioned in the Documentation?
