How to change the email of Appian certificate?

How can the email/name attached certificate that I earned when I pass the Appian exam?
At some point in time I'll be changing my employer and I'll want to take my certificate with me by transferring the certificate/achievement to my personal email address/account.

Does it change things if my employer has an Appian partner agreement?
