How to create a parent group that contains all groups in the application?

HI everyone, 

I want to add all active groups of my application to a parent group. So far I know that I can add all active users into a group using group membership rule: Add all users. Is there anyway to do so for group?

    Use Application prefix to add all your application groups to parent group.

    Did Appian not create an APP Users group when creating the application? That is essentially the group you are looking for. You can add that group in any other group and all the child groups will be auto-added.

    I usually just add the groups as members of my "APP Users" group.

    Rules may seem convienient but they also can be dangerous as you may end up exposing something you didn't intend to expose.
