How to downgrade the Appian Version

We have upgraded Appian to version 21.1. Now some functions are not working fine after the upgrade so we want to downgrade the Appian version back to 20.4. 

Is it possible to do it? If yes, How can it be done?

    AFAIK there is no officially support way of downgrading. This means that you would need to restore the whole environment from a backup.

    It might be easier to fix the issues ...
