I am creating a new record with id, as soon as I click to create I want to redirect to that particular record summary page but it's going our site home page, Can anyone help on this

In the applications we build, the user that starts the process does not have any direct tasks after the initial phase. So there is typically no need to go to the record. This is why Appian designed that feature this way.
