import application in older version environtment

I have developed an Appian application in my environment (release 24.4) and I want to import it in an older environtment (release 23.x). I supose that the newer objects will crash but the old ones will run?

    Generally speaking, Appian requires imports to be done into an environment with an equivalent or newer version running.  This is the way they ensure back-compatibility among features that already existed when the export was taken.
