importing package issue on "Corporate Conference Booking" App

Hi,

i tried several times to import this App (Corporate Conference Booking)

but any time the importing is not completed and missing many objects such as Site , Record type , Process model and etc.

in attached you can find related import log file.

please can i have someone's support on this issue?

    The problem that you're facing is due to the absence of an import customization file. Whenever you export an application, Appian gives you the option to export the customization file (includes sensitive or environment-specific data) also. So that, next time you import the application into the Appian, you upload the customization file too and Appian will assign values to the objects based on that. Refer to the below screenshots:

    It says right here that you need to include some values in the import customization file.  Where you find that and how you should edit it should be provided by the makers of the App you're trying to import.
