Is Appian Appropriate for Small/Medium Businesses ?

I'm evaluating BPM/Decision Engine solutions to integrate with our in-house built platform and I like much of what I see in Appian: its SAAS, so I don't have to host it, it has a lot of documentation and a broad user base with very active support forums. But, I can't tell if they want our business. They don't list any pricing that I can see, and won't respond to my "Contact Us" requests. Is this really just for large enterprises?
