Is Appian's Market share shrinking world wide?

Based on the volume of unsolicited emails I get, it's currently cooled off a bit, but it's always been cyclical - and if it's in a longer-than-normal lull right now, I'd expect that might have a lot to do with uncertainty over federal contracts in the US, since nobody's really clear what department might next be targeted by a *particular* idiot attacking things with a "wood chipper" (metaphorically) because he dislikes or misunderstands them.
