Is it possible to trigger some action after reassign a task ?

So, I'm trying to tigger a action after some task is reassigned, due my business rules. I have to change a record in database, for example. Is it possible ?

I also need feature to record activity in database when re-assignment task trigger. can anyone help on this?

For Example : task name is re-assigned from this user to this.

The Appian OOTB task management features do not allow any customization.

In my experience, you should be careful for what to use reassignment. It is specifically meant to hand over that specific and concrete task to other people. Not to somehow collaborate on one task. What kind of use case do you have in mind?

In my case, when some task is reassigned to other user, other objects (some DB records too) must be update with the same user.

In my situation, other objects (including some DB entries) must be updated with the same user if a task is transferred to another user.
