Is there any plugin that could help erasing the PDF hiperlinks?

I have a use  case in wich i need to  convert a pdf  to text and extract some  data from it when  i  use a pdf with no hiperlink this takes les than 2 minutes but when i  upload a  document with hiperlink this process could take   more than 12 minutes even if this file contains less pages.
