Issue with Task not displaying

Can anyone please explain  why Task will not show in the Tempo after it has been assigned? 

Please have a look at the attached screenshots. Thank u all in advance.

    Need more details. Check the task instance. How does actual assignment look like? Are you in the list of assignees/groups? By any chance, did you open the "Edit View" in modeler? If yes, then the process is paused and tasks are not visible.

    OK. Does the process show any errors? Can you open the form from process monitoring? Can you post a screenshot of the active process instance showing this issue?
