Jmeter response not getting correctly from Appian

Hi All

I am using Jmeter 4.0 , when I pass correct post request from Jmeter to Appian I am not getting correct response and due to this issue further tests are failing , this is happens randomly.

    I passing correct Saveinto value from previous request but still not getting correct response
