Make a copy of actual uploaded document on Appian document folder and save original and Copy Document (name & id) in Database

Hi, I am implementing excel document upload functionality in Appian. My requirements is that when any document is uploaded on document folder on the same time a copy of original document will also generate on same folder.With the help of this we can maintain version(We do not want any modification on original file, so we need a copy of that document  on the same time).

Please suggest the best way to implement this functionality.
