Manual Vs User uploaded Document in Objects

Hi ,
when we are uploading the document in the folder directly is appearing in the recent objects with the uploaded time.but when the document is uploaded or generated by the flow is not appearing in the application recent objects.we have to go into the specific folder where we configured to store and there only we can find it specifically.those kind of documents are not appearing in the all objects.why is the difference.

The document you upload from a workflow gets stored in the target folder, but it is not included in the application.

However, when you upload a document inside the application using Appian Designer, it is stored in the target folder and included in the application.

If you exit the application and check for all environment documents, you will find the workflow-uploaded document listed under "Recent."

Direct uploads use your user context, making you the document creator so it appears in Recent Objects.
Process-generated documents are created by the system/process account, so they don't show in your Recent Objects since you're not technically the creator.
