My Appian site is down since more than 25 days and no support from appian after requested for activation also...

Hi,

My appian site is down since 16th Mar'23 and i requested for reactivation of my site. Its been more than 25 days but there is no use and support from team. 

Facing lot of difficulty, pls someone support to get my sire restore...

    Already done but no use. They are not able to provide timelines also to restore the site

    You can follow up on this email.

    I would suggest requesting a new one. I waited for almost 2 weeks and then requested a new one and immediately after an hour I got the mail for new site.

    Try selecting Partnership with Appian in Reason dropdown, worked for me that way.

    Thanks for suggestion. I don't have any problem with new site, but previous site backup....? Requested them to share DB backup atleast, but there is no replay yet all...
