Name change in Appian Certificate

Hi Team,

I recently took Appian Associate Developer certification got my certificate. There is a name mismatch between the last name I provided in my Profile and the certificate I got. Could anyone please tell me how to correct this name or whom should I contact. I have contacted Examity support but they told that they doesn't have controls over it.

    Hi Pavitra, this is usually an issue with the underlying identity management system and single sign on. I have two suggested actions. First, make sure that your name is correctly updated in all of your account information. Secondly, contact certifications@appian.com for another copy of your certificate.
