Not able to access Appian Academy

Hi All,

I am getting the error whenever i try to access Appian Academy..

"Hi! For some reason, we couldn't find a matching account for you. Please email support@appian.com for questions or support. If you're an Appian employee, please log-in via Appian University."

Have mailed support@appian too.

Let me know what am I missing.
