Can some one please tell me why I am not able to access the below url:
https://forum.appian.com/suite/

getting error as :

Error 401 - Unauthorized

Sorry, your request could not be processed.

is there any specific permissions/settings required to access this ?

    The old Appian Forum (which is the URL you have) was retired a few years ago. Appian Community (this site) took its place. What are you trying to reach?

    I need to download and install Robotic Workforce Manager (RWM) application for which I am referring to this url

    docs.appian.com/.../download-and-install-rwm.html

    But I cannot find the package to download for RWM.

    Per the instructions, you need to go to https://forum.appian.com/suite/sites/myappian/page/support. From there, go to DOWNLOADS > SOLUTIONS.

    You'll need to log in with the same credentials you use for Appian Community. If you run into any issues, you should contact Appian Support.
