Object metadata

Is there a way to obtain these metadata and others, such as the version of an object in our application, from an expression rule?
I cannot use it due to technical limitations of the Content Tools plug-in, but I do have access to the appian primary database.
 Any help or suggestion on the way forward would be welcome.
