Options for File Upload Antivirus Scanning for On-Premises Installations

Hi,

I see that Appian Cloud has an option under File Upload to enable antivirus scanning, but that's not something available for on-premises installations.

What are my options for enabling virus scanning when a user uploads files?  I know I can limit file extensions, but would like to be able to also scan.
