page is not redirecting

Hi 

when i click on related action, it showing message as action completed and even in the monitoring view instance also created. but after i click it's not redirecting to particular interface

    Can you check whether the process has an activity chain from the start node to the User Input Task?

    Please check whether there's a process error of some sort.  You said the process instance was created, but if you load the instance and then load the user input task form, does that also load correctly?  Can you verify whether it shows as assigned/accepted, and/or who the assignee is?  These details are all preliminary information needed by anyone to help you figure out what might be going wrong.
