Page name Issue in Site even 1 page in site. Its uniquely showing

Question

is there any to remove the Appian Page name in site header tab since we have only 1 tab in site and its not looking good. Is there any way to remove?

In my case its a single page Dashboard because without its not allowing to create page? Is there any to remove this?

I don't think there is such option. You can only choose between the Sidebar and the Header Bar. At least in the Sidebar the user can collapse and hide the names.
