Hello, I am trying to view my appian test environment on a tablet like device so I can showcase some of our items but am receiving an error after the log in page that says

"Error 401 - Unauthorized. Sorry, your request could not be processed"

Logging in on my phone works so im not sure why it wouldn't work on this tablet like device. The device runs an android framework. 

Any help would be appreciated

    Try this:
    Verify the Appian URL is correct.
    Clear cache and cookies on your tablet's browser.
    Check the device's network restrictions.

    Checked all of that, still the same result.

    This error message indicates that the login was successful, but you do not have permission to access this specific part. Did you check that you use the exact same URL and user account?
