PDF Doc From Template Smart Service Outputs a [1kb File

Hello, 

We have been using the PDF Doc From Template Smart Service for around 6 months now to generate dynamic documents. We create the templates using Adobe Acrobat Pro. All of the sudden, any file created in Adobe is outputting a <1kb file when using the SS. I have done troubleshooting all the way down to simply creating a blank PDF, saving, then running through the SS and I get the same result every time. I have tried multiple configurations using Save As > Optimized PDF with the same result as well. Can anyone shed some light on what my issue may be or provide some extra troubleshooting I can perform?
