PDF from XSL FO smart service

When I am trying to create pdf using this smart service if content contains other languages characters for example Hebrew language characters then it replaces with #, is it limitation of this smart service or we can fix it.

    This is a font limitation, not necessarily the smart service itself. The default fonts don't support Hebrew characters.
    The # symbols appear when the font you're using doesn't include the shapes needed to display Hebrew letters.
