Pie chart : data label is not working for few data

We have designed one pie chart in SAIL.
Pie chart has 20 slices, out which only for 16 slices data: label is shown , for 4 slices it is not shown.
tooltip is shown for every slice.

Is there any limit to show data:label pair ?..
