How does appian generates valid web address link in portal? what happens in the back-end?can we generate valid web address using SAIL?

    I've devised the site URLs for regular Appian applications (usually using urlforrecord) but I think it might just be easier to have a environment constant rather than to try to devise the URL for Portals.
