PostgreSQL 14 and Appian

Hi, I'm very new to Appian and postgresql. I'm trying to explore how to connect these two and I came across "Create Connected System". Could someone please guide me in order to establish some sort of connectivity it'll be greatly appreciated. Sharing both here.
