Process Model Alerts Setting

Hi,

Select process model alerts setting and saving and publishing the process model.
When error occur other users still receive alerts from the process model.
As my understand (Send alerts to the process initiatior) means send alerts mail only to the process initiator.
Is that correct?why other users still receive alerts ?

If that initiator is a valid user, then alerts will go only to this account.

Initiator is a valid user but still recive alert other user.
Here is my process model(plz check screenshot). What is wrong?Is that appian bug?

Is the alert receiver the one who recently published the process. if that is the case, Please check whether the node is kept as run as whoever designed the process, In that scenario, error might go to whoever designed the process.
