Query regarding Doc Extraction Process

Hi

I am working on Appian version 21.3.

I have created an extraction process referring to the below link:

The process looks like this in my case:

The CDT is:

My concern is, out of all the values only 2 values are extracted and 1 value is semi extracted. The PDF file I have created manually. Want to understand why all values are not extracted despite not much values are there in the PDF. PFB the Appian Reconcile form that pops up as a task for me:

    Hi to rephrase it, your issue is, that "Bill to" and "shipt to" is not extractet properly?

    My concern is that both Bill To and Ship to are not extracted properly. Also the values of Invoice # and P.O. # are not extracted at all.

    Any guidance in this would be helpful!!

    1.) try to look after "Invoice #" and  "P.O. #" and not after "invoice number" etc. so be precise.
    2.) regarding ship to, i am not enough into that topic how solve it-
