Re-assign an accepted task

Good morning,

Is there a way to re-assign a task that has been accepted by an user for other user?

For example, user A accepts the task, but user B (a kind of admin/supervisor) needs to assign the task to other user

I know that if user A assigns the task to user B, this could be possible, but that is not usefull for us, we need user B has the direct option to re-assign
