Record Actions generating in the wrong application

I've been having trouble writing to a record that wasn't giving me trouble last week. I decided to rebuild the record as that seemed like a quicker solution than figuring out what weird issue that was. However, now when I am generating record actions for the record, appian generates them in a completely separate application. The components don't even show up in the application I am building in, they just show in another one, even using that other prefix for the various generated objects. What is going on?
