Recordtype export to excel is not downloading the excel records
I am having Appian 24.2 version and the recordtype is having only few records <100 and also few columns <10. When i created the recordtype, it has sync disabed.
Export to excel button is visible and aso clickable. But when i click that button, download is keep on happening for full day but dint return excel. This is happening for all record types.
Please let me know what might be issue.
