Redirect user to particular view through URL link

Sending an email to the user in which there is a URL link that will redirect the user to a particular view in a record.

We have two tabs in the contact logs view, one contact log, and a second appointment

And we have to redirect to the appointment tab but both tabs have the same URL because these 2 tabs are within the interface.

Currently, when we click on the URL link it is redirecting to the contact logs tab by default.
