Regarding the user roles and security in cloud database

Cloud database throwing me an error when the "create user" command is run

MySQL said:

#1227 - Access denied; you need (at least one of) the CREATE USER privilege(s) for this operation

here, iam the system administrator in my appian site.

Do I need to configure anything before I go?

No. Security in Appian does not work on the database level. Is this what you try to do?

I have gone through the document you sent, but I didn't get a clear idea.
