SAML Configuration for Appian Using Entra ID (Azure AD) Application

To set up SAML authentication between Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and your Appian instance, start by registering Appian as an Enterprise Application in the Entra ID portal and configure the SAML settings with your Appian site URL as the Identifier (Entity ID) and the appropriate Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service). Then, in the Appian Admin Console, add the SAML Identity Provider using the federation metadata from Entra ID. After assigning users and groups in Entra ID to the application, test the single sign-on functionality.
