[Document] Download Link only lets a user download a document to their local filesystem.

By this

local system path folder

Do you mean to a selective folder in the local system? If so, AFAIK you cannot select the path, by default it would land in your Downloads folder.

Yes, customer wants a specific path to download files. Yes, by default it will come into download folder.
I have checked as well that we cannot select custom path to download file- just need to confirm if there's any way.

This is between the user and their web browser (though the browser defaults can probably be overridden by company-wide settings in certain cases).  Appian has absolutely no control over this in any circumstances.

Not possible.

Its better to Appian to provide customized document naming option to the document while dowloading to a local folder. Documentdownload link just has 3 properties with which we can not customize the document name or not even storing it in rseperate folders.

As mentioned by [mention:b45a4f6a20b14a008e4e0ec732a8bf98:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] , the download location is in the browser's control. However, Users can achieve this using browser plugins like "Downloads Router" in Chrome.
