Send Email

I need to send mail from  say 'AKS-DoNotReply@HSBC.com'... but when am trying to send its saying "No valid recipients resolved". but from other mail id am able to send ..
My doubt is AKS-DoNotReply@HSBCcom mail id needs to be created which Appian guy needs to create. Or is there some configuration am supposed to make if so please guide with steps.
Note: Am using Custom Sender to send Email.

    "No valid recipients resolved"

    This error message has nothing to do with your configured sender.  Without any way to tell otherwise, I would have to assume that the failures you're seeing are due to an invalid recipient address being passed.  Can you post a screenshot of your current configuration?

    This looks fine, assuming that pv!notes.primaryEmailAddress has a valid email address with no extra characters or spaces, and is either a single value or is an array where every entry is non-blank and a valid e-mail.  The error message you posted originally suggests that this is where your issue is probably located, too.
