Setup an assigment email

I want to assign a task to another user, and Appian sends an email to notify them. I'd like to configure the email to add a specific body. Do you know if this is possible? As far as I know, it's not, so I've unchecked the "Notify task assignees of the new task via email and mobile push notifications, if applicable" option and then added a smart email sending service. I'd like to do this in the same user input task.

    The whole Appian community is waiting for this feature for > 15 years now.

    As of now these emails cannot be customized. And replacing it with a "Send Email" node is only an option for initial assignment, but cannot react on a reassignment. One more thing is, that the task links still point to tempo and users feel lost after completing a task.

    I do not know a simple AND good solution to this.
