SFTP connection in process model, Appian

For the SFTP connection to establish, The SFTP plug-in asks for the required fields

I have the Server hostname, server port, and SSH Key. Can I take other required fields from Appian itself, or Do I need to install any other software?

    I think you have all the required fields. Everything else seems like it should be optional or have a default value. Definitely no other software required.

    Thanks. I mapped all the fields required and others as optional. 

    I get like this

    I tried with other service available but all shows the same message.

    Can you please help to solve this?
