Shows Error in Tempo Action

Hi All,

Sometimes if I click on particular action in tempo, it shows me the below error,

I am not getting what is the reason behind this error.

Could you please let me know the reason behind this.

    To find out more details, you will need to consult your logs as this error can occur for different reasons.  If you have any questions on errors within the logs, feel free to post them here.

    Hi Chris,thanks for your response.I am working in 17.4 version for the respective application.Could you please help me how to find the logs.

    Since your environment is so old that Appian no longer posts the documentation specific to that version, I would just start with the appian/logs folder on the server, try tomcat-stdOut.log and go from there.

    Otherwise, you could start investigating with the specific action if it is the same one each time, causing the issue?  or different actions?
