Size of folder is showing more than the sum of size of document in iit.

The size of  a folder is showing 69 GB, while the sum of size of all document in it is less than 20 GB. Due to this, Disk Utilization is increasing . Is there any way to correct this and decrease the disk utilization?

    To decrease disk utilization I would suggest you archive the documents to a document management system (i.e. Sharepoint) or simply purge older documents depending on what your requirements are.

    Where do these numbers come from? Is this from Appian or from the operating system?

    Assuming one is coming from OS and the other number is from Designer. Based on the thread I posted above, it seems like the number in Designer is not really reliable.
