Step-by-Step # 5 Image Column in Table AA Vehicle is NULL

Dear Appian Community,
Working on the Step-by-Step # 5 exercises, after have completed the Edit Record List section, I saw the image displayed for all records was the generic image, I opened the Cloud DB and confirmed the Image column in table AA Vehicle is Null.
Could you please let me know how can I fix this issue? Maybe running a script to load the content of the table again or something like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
