Subscription rates for Dev, QA and Prod environments

Hi,

Can you please explain what is the pricing structure for hosting a Dev, QA and Prod environments on Appian Cloud at enterprise level for multiple clients? What is the user count by default? Or is user count purely based on the requirements? Is it on per user/month basis?
