i am getting this error while click on related action how to resolve ?

Th error message is giving you 3 reasons to consider when trying to resolve this.

The first two are essentially the same - the record doesn't exist (because it never did, or it did but has since been deleted) - so navigate to the source of data for you record and see if one exists for the identifier (125) in question.

If it does, then the likely issue is that the user you're using to run the record action doesn't have the security rights to access this record. Check the security settings of the User and for the source of the data for your record.
