I've been experiencing this since a couple hours. every time i submit a user input task in one process model it throws this error even though the process model that is giving me this error hasn't been modified since yesterday and everything was working fine.

Yes was a quick task but now it started working i don't know what just happened i tried different browsers also tried in my laptop and the same issue but suddenly started working again. thanks for answering chris.

there is also a task inside each proccess and before it gave me this error inside one of this sub processes but now is giving it to me in user input task at the begining after the start form. also i want to say that today i modified one of the sub proceses.

If something was working fine yesterday and it is not today, then something changed.

Is the issue with the User Input task in the screen shot you posted? The one configured as a "Quick Task"?

The task might have been already completed by another user or it get deleted. Or the user trying to open the task does not have permission to view the task.
