Time Zone Issue in taking Appian Certification

Hi All,

I scheduled my L1 certification on a wrong time zone (Indiana) by mistake where as I live in India which follows IST. I was blocked from taking the exam since the Indian Standard Time(IST) is 10 hours and 30 minutes ahead of Indiana. Is there anything I could do to retake the same exam or Is there any other alternative for the same?
