Transfer of Old Appian Account to New Appian Account

I have created a new appian account and emailed community.appian.com from the new account to transfer the certifications to new account as my old account was deactivated. How may days will it take to transfer it new account. Could you please help me here.

You’re on the right track, certification transfers usually take a few days since the Appian support team does these manually. If you don’t hear back in 3-5 business days, try sending a quick follow-up, including both your old and new account emails.
Hang tight, your certs should be moved soon. Good luck with the new account!
